朋友的黑膠碟轉出熟悉的聲音，帶我回到很久以前的峨嵋，那段教英文的青蔥日子。

當青春和浮躁仍然大把，流浪被認定等同浪漫，我們抄起小背包就直奔神州，因緣際會教起中小學暑期英語，手邊連本字典都欠缺，就勇敢上馬。因著對這歌的熟悉，我在高中的課堂上，把歌詞默寫在黑板上。

到了課堂的一半，全班同學跟老師合唱起來，在那個封閉的年代，大家從沒聽過這歌，我這老師用差勁的普通話教課，同學竟然很快就會了。唱了很多很多遍，越唱越大聲，又是淚又是笑。多年之後，每回聽見，都被旋律、演繹和歌詞觸動，思緒飛到遠遠的地方，"Bridge Over Troubled Water" 有種承載的魔力，讓心思往返今昔，年紀越大，觀照更多。
